Founder and CEO.
Thomas brings 20+ years of building information modelling, data management, project management and digital twins technology knowledge.
Driven by accelerating the balance between our built and natural environments, Thomas is passionate about the ability of digital twins to lower carbon creation and improve safety.
Thomas has delivered projects for Transport for London, The Ministry of Defence, Hinkley Point C, High speed one, Crossrail, all major UK airports and UK Power Networks to name a few.
Adam McGuinness
Digital twins consultant.
Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in 3D modelling, computer aided design software, data management and client delivery management.
His ability to understand complex problems and contextualise these into digital twin deliverables ensures your business is in safe hands.
Adam is passionate about new technologies and the cultural change these can bring. The application of safety data onto BIM modelling has transformed Adams understanding of what a safe workplace requires.
Hannah Durden
Sustainable development consultant.
Hannah has 20 years of asset management and development experience behind her, delivering sustainability strategies for individual developments, portfolios and funds.
Her work has evolved into creating top down and bottom up strategies . These range from resourcing and internal audits (data, waste, energy) through to developing roadmaps and action plans. Hannah’s focus is on the built environment with carbon neutral, zero waste and circular economy principles at the core of everything that she does.
Laura May

Laura has spent the majority of her career in the NHS. Her experience has led to the successful management of highly skilled teams to delivery complex, transformative projects.
She is a natural born carer and her ability to listen to clients needs and communicate these to the rest of the team sets her apart. Laura is passionate about the natural environment and is keen to promote less intrusive methods of surveying. She believes digital twins will enable a more sustainable way of operating and maintaining our built and natural environments.
